How do I apply my Ear Seeds

1. Clean and dry ears to ensure a proper stick with Seeded Ear Seeds

2. Peel the seed from the backing with tweezers

3. Apply the seed to the point location identified via the Seeded Ear Seed point guide

4. Never place ear seeds inside ear canal.

Can I use Ear Seeds while pregnant?

Congrats! You're gonna have a bubba!...Better wait until its arrived before you use ear seeds though, because we don't recommend using them while pregnant. 

Naturally for any concerns please seek Doctors approval before using Seeded Ear Seeds 

Do I need to apply my seeds on exactly the right location?

While we do recommend you place the seeds in the areas indicated by your Seeded Ear Seeds point guide, you will still gain benefit from the seeds in the general location to the point.

We recommend using the corner of your tweezers to feel for tender spots on the ear. 

You may also see discoloration or veins in the area you wish to treat which can indicate the right location. If the general area you wish to seed feels sensitive you can apply more than one ear seed close together to deliver maximum benefits. 

How long can I wear my seeds?

Seeded Ear Seeds can be left on for 3-4 days. 

You can leave them on when showering, sleeping or swimming. Depending on your activities they may naturally fall off sooner than 3-4 days. 

We recommend leaving at least 5 days in between ear seed sessions to allow the body to reset. 

Following this treat and rest cycle, you can continue to wear them on an ongoing basis. 

Why do my Ear Seeds hurt?

It can be common to experience some discomfort with Ear Seeds....In fact this would indicate that you've applied them in exactly the right spot, relative to the area of concern.  

Pain in the body will relate to the point you have seeded, as the pain in the body improves so too will the discomfort upon the ear. 

However, if you are finding your seeded ear seeds too uncomfortable, we suggest removing them at night and then reapplying them again the next day, or leave a day or so in-between treatments.

Remember to work with your body not against it – every person’s experience is unique, however try not to remove the seeds too soon as they wont have a chance to work their mojo. 

When will I see results?

Seeded Ear Seeds and its point guides are intended for educational purposes. Seeded Ear Seeds provides a guide to commonly used acupressure points associated with particular conditions. 

We cannot and do not make claims to individual results as this is unique and varies from person to person. 

Ear Seeds historically and in clinical studies have been shown to work immediately for some individuals with certain conditions, and may take longer, up to a few weeks requiring multiple sessions for others. 

Auriculotherapy is a therapy and ear seeds are a tool of that therapy much like reflexology or acupressure. 

Removing your Seeded Ear Seeds

To remove your Seeded Ear Seeds. Use tweezers or your nails to peel them off the skin, tilting your head to the ground. This will ensure that your seeds come off easily and the seeds can't fall back into the ear. 

If in the unlikely event you experience any issues, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
